December 16th is The Day of Reconciliation, which is when the people of South Africa celebrate the end of apartheid. Today, the Rev will tell you all about this holiday, explain the two reasons people celebrate the day, dig into the history of Apartheid (including what it was and why it needed to be ended), how the United States contributed to the ending of Apartheid, and finally the Rev will offer his own insights on the lessons we can still learn from what happened on the other side of the world!
